Services

One partner from formula to freight.

You can use us for a single production run or for the whole chain — development, manufacturing, packaging and delivery to your market.

  • 01

    White-label manufacturing

Take a proven formulation from our range, put your brand on it, and go to market without developing a product from zero. This is the fastest route from decision to stock on hand.

    • Established formulations, ready to brand
    • Production runs scaled to your order size
    • Batch documentation supplied with every delivery
  • 02

    Custom formulation

When an off-the-shelf product will not do, our technologists develop the formula with you — working from your specification, a competitor benchmark or an open brief.

    • Ingredient selection and dosage design
    • Sample rounds for taste, texture and appearance
    • Compliance review of claims and ingredient limits
  • 03

    Packaging & design

We supply the product shelf-ready. That includes choosing the right container for the format and market, and making sure the label carries everything EU rules require.

    • Container selection: tubs, bottles, jars, pouches, sachets
    • Label artwork setup and print-ready checks
    • Compliant EU labelling, multilingual where needed
  • 04

    Worldwide shipping & logistics

Finished goods leave our facility packed, palletised and documented for export, whether they are going to a warehouse in Germany or a distributor on another continent.

    • Export documentation and customs paperwork
    • Palletised freight and courier options
    • Delivery to warehouses, 3PLs and fulfilment centres

Working together

What a first project usually looks like.

  1. 01

    Brief & quotation

You send category, format, target market and rough volumes. We return feasibility, indicative pricing and a realistic timeline.

  2. 02

    Samples & approval

We produce samples against the agreed specification. You approve taste, texture, appearance and artwork before anything is committed.

  3. 03

    Production & delivery

The order goes into production, is packed to your specification and ships with the documentation your market requires.

Common questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

The four things brands ask us first. If yours is not here, send it — we answer plainly, including when the answer is no.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the format and the packaging, and the limit is usually set by the packaging supplier rather than by our production line. Capsules, tablets and powders in stock containers start lower than custom-moulded or printed packaging. Tell us the format and the container you have in mind and we will give you the real minimum for that product, not a headline figure that turns out not to apply.

Can I create a custom supplement formula?

Yes. You can start from one of our existing formulations and adjust it — dosage, actives, flavour, or a swap to cleaner-label ingredients — or brief a formula from scratch. Our technologists check the actives against EU permitted-ingredient rules and claim limits before we sample, so what you approve is something you can legally sell in your market.

How long does production usually take?

A first project runs in three stages: quotation and feasibility, samples and approval, then production. What moves the date is rarely the manufacturing itself — it is raw-material sourcing and packaging lead times, which we build into the timeline we quote. Repeat orders are faster, because the formula, artwork and suppliers are already fixed.

Do you offer shipping and logistics support?

Yes. Finished goods leave Burgas packed, palletised and documented for export, with the customs paperwork prepared for the destination market. We deliver to warehouses, 3PLs and fulfilment centres, whether that is elsewhere in the EU or on another continent.

Tell us what you need made.

Send a short brief and we will come back with the practical answer: whether we can make it, in what format, at what volume, and when.
